STEPS TO YOUR NEW HOME
Poimboeuf Homes Inc. meets with each of our customers, to discuss your ideas and expectations. Be prepared by knowing price range, size, special features, room placement, wants and needs.
The customer is encouraged to provide sample plans of homes they like or ideas of the room placement. They should also point out features they desire in their new home.
The contractor will draw up a plan and revise it until you approve. At that point a preliminary pricing will be done to see if the house is in your budget.
When plan and price is agreed upon, the plans will be sent to our architectural partner to draw up for construction. There will still be opportunities for revision.
Once the plan is completed for construction, it is sent out for accurate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers. The contract is drawn up when everything is agreed upon.
Construction begins once contract is signed, financing is secured, and permitting is completed. Changes can be made as construction progresses by submitting change orders.
